Join us for a winter wellness series with Dr. Abigail Seaver.  The series runs Jan-March at 6pm on the 2nd Tuesday of each month with a different topic each month.  See below:

Jan. 14th- Optimal Digestion Talk: Is your digestion less than optimal?  Do you suffer from bloating, gas, pain, constipation or diarrhea?  Are you not sure that you are effectively absorbing nutrients from your food?  Would you like to understand how digestion affects the rest of your system?  

Feb. 11th- Taming Inflammation Naturally Talk:   We will learn what causes inflammation and how to reduce it naturally to minimize pain and prevent chronic disease.  

March 10th- Healthy Bones at Any Age Talk: We will learn the most effective nutritional strategies for both men and women to build and maintain healthy bones at any age.    

BIO:
Dr. Seaver is a naturopathic doctor who has been practicing family medicine in Ridgeway since 2004.  She specializes in the treatment of hormone imbalance, digestive problems, fatigue, and inflammatory conditions.

Dr. Seaver received her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington, one of only four schools in the country to offer this degree.  She completed this accredited program of coursework and over 1100 hours of supervised clinical practice in Counseling, Botanical, Homeopathic, Nutritional and Physical Medicine in four years.  She is registered in Colorado.  She received my Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Hamilton College in New York and completed her Pre-Medicine coursework at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA.  She is a current member and a former member of the Board of Directors of the  Colorado Association of Naturopathic Doctors(COAND).
