Event Details

Poetry and dream work walk hand in hand in the most creative and inspiring ways. Dreams are powerful links to our truer selves, our sacredness and our souls. When you have a vivid dream, it is literally urging you to step in and look more closely. Like writing a poem, you never know what is going to emerge.

In this class, with dream practitioner Corinne Platt and poet Rosemerry Wahtola Trommer, we’ll explore the landscape of dreams and what lies in the nooks and crannies of our nighttime forays into the imagination. Come find out how dream imagery provoke and surprise you in your writing.

If you are interested in delving deeper, Rosemerry and Corinne will also be teaching more in depth workshops on this topic at the AhHaa on Feb. 12th from 9am-3pm in The Gift of Uncertainty: Explorations in Dreams & Poems and on March 11th from 11am-5pm in Longing and Belonging: Explorations in Dreams & Poems.
