Mindfulness for Challenging Times Series, Pt 2: Cultivating Gratitude & Forgiveness

3:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Event Details

This 4-part online series, presented by instructor Gretchen Williams, is aimed to support your Mind, Body and Heart through trying times. Explore mindfulness techniques in the comfort of your own home to create more meaningful rituals, intentions and action in your life, leaving you feeling more empowered regardless of the chaos unfolding around you.

Each 2-hour series asks you to examine how you digest and manage thoughts and emotions in your body. You’ll learn supportive self-care techniques to soothe tension and stress instead of numbing, and ultimately step deeper into your highest alignment by exploring your bigger vision and greater purpose. Please sign up here and do let us know if you can't make it & need to cancel - that way we can share your spot with someone on the waiting list!

Expect dharma discussion, meditation, breath work, self-massage techniques and deeply restful restorative yoga poses to release into our parasympathetic nervous system, activating the body’s natural healing systems.

Gretchen is an experienced yoga and meditation teacher and thai massage therapist hailing from St. Paul, Minnesota.  A lifelong athlete, she found her mindfulness practice after suffering an injury and turned her new found passion into a career - training and teaching full-time in NYC for several years before relocating to the Pacific Coast of Mexico for a quieter life before landing in Telluride.  Expect a supportive and nourishing teaching-style filled with inclusive and clear suggestions, options and modifications, in addition to creative use of props to support your experience.
