Gretchen is an experienced yoga and meditation teacher and thai massage therapist hailing from St. Paul, Minnesota. A lifelong athlete, she found her mindfulness practice after suffering an injury and turned her new found passion into a career - training and teaching full-time in NYC for several years before relocating to the Pacific Coast of Mexico for a quieter life before landing in Telluride. Expect a supportive and nourishing teaching-style filled with inclusive and clear suggestions, options and modifications, in addition to creative use of props to support your experience.
