Event Details

This course will run every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm from Oct. 8th thru Oct. 24th.  It is free, drop-in, and open to the public.  Individuals are welcome to join for just one or for all six classes.

Ayurveda is one of the world's oldest holistic healing systems. It was developed more than 3,000 years ago in India. It's based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit. Using natural principles to bring awareness to our five senses, and deeply heal our divine nature.  Over six mornings, Alicia will share:

10/8- Cause of Disease & Suffering + Your Ayurvedic Constitution
10/10- Constitution & The Mind + The Nature of Our Imbalances
10/15- Healing Your Life though Diet
10/17- Healing Your Life through Touch + Healing Rhythms of Daily Life
10/22- Healing Your Life through Aromatherapy and Vision
10/24- Healing Your Life through Sound + Expansion of Consciousness and final Q&A

Alicia is an artist, yoga teacher, massage therapist, mother and a student of Ayurveda. She has lived in Telluride for 27 years.
