Join us on the first Tuesday of every month for an online gathering of words, wit, and wisdom! Hosted by Talking Gourds Poetry Club directors Art Goodtimes and Rosemerry Wahtola Trommer, each Bardic Trails poetry night will feature an award-winning guest poet sharing their new and exciting work. August's featured poet is Claire Blotter of California. Claire is a renowned writer who has published three poetry chapbooks, has taught poetry writing and performance at S.F State University, John F. Kennedy University, Dominican University and the College of Marin. Currently, she teaches poetry to children and high school students in CalPoets and Poetry Out Loud programs. Her work is widely published and has received many awards, including being a finalist in the 2018 Fischer Poetry Prize and a judge in 2020.
