Event Details

Join local artist Brittany Miller and get inspired!  Meet at different outdoor locations and get your creative juices flowing.  All experience levels welcome!  BYO sketchbooks, pencil, and chair.

June 14 meet at the Cornet Creek bridge off of Aspen Street
July 12 meet at the library terrace
August 23 meet at Lower Bear Creek falls near the Town Park campground

Brittany says, "This is not about creating a final creation, but to get the creative juices flowing at home in your personal sketch book.  People with no experience to lots of experience are encouraged to join!  You could think of it as a drawing diary; so no pressure other than to play and see what comes of it.  I will offer specific cues on what to draw and will provide samples and cues to practice during the week if you are inspired!"

Brittany A. Miller has resided in Telluride for over 20 years while pursuing her creative passions. Telluride has fostered a space to explore various creative outlets by exhibiting her art ranging from drawings, paintings, mixed media to small-scale installations. Miller’s work has always taken a twist with metaphor and symbolism of the human condition and spirit. Ultimately, Miller hopes to inspire others as they might find their own meaning or reflection within her work.
