Stretch it out with local movement teacher, Gretchen Williams, every Wednesday from 9-10am at the library and on Zoom (info below to join online!)
Help your body recover from activity, sport and whatever life has presented you, with an hour of full body stretching, joint stabilizing movement and fun. You'll learn how to teach your nervous system how to move safely while engaging muscles, tendons and ligaments to keep your joints safe and your whole body feeling good and ready for what lies ahead. This class is appropriate for all bodies and levels, including those recovering from injury or just struggling with range of motion, flexibility and joint pain.
Bring your own blanket and strap or belt, and dress comfortably. As always, be sure to check first with your doctor if you've had any recent physical challenges.
