Join instructor Erin Dashner for weekly Zumba classes in our well-ventilated program room! Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music (awesome playlists every time!) with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
All classes are masked and distanced. Please bring your own equipment unless otherwise noted. Class sizes are limited to around 16 attendees per instructor discretion & general distancing comfort levels; no registration required but please arrive on time to secure a spot! All instructors welcome all experience levels. Classes are free but instructors are volunteers so donations are gratefully accepted.
