You know what's better than a cup of coffee?  Well, nothing really, but you know what's just as good and easier on your stomach and wallet? Morning Massage with Diane Atkinson of An Tao Acupuncture in Mountain Village.

This new class will teach you how to apply acupressure to wake you up and get your blood flowing; it's a combination of acupressure and self-massage.  Once you learn it, it will only take you 20 minutes to complete the whole routine anytime, anywhere.  Beat the afternoon drowsies at your desk!

Head-to-toe:  we'll work from the top of the head to the tips of the toes
Improves circulation to the entire body; invigorates all organs
When done regularly, helps build immunity and prevent disease
Each class will include instruction on acupressure points to improve immunity and promote health

Diane Atkinson is a licensed acupuncturist and owner of An Tao Acupuncture in Mountain Village. She is a 1980 graduate of Telluride High School. In addition to practicing medicine, she translates classical Chinese medical texts and practices Chinese calligraphy.
